I’m a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking Real Estate Advisor with Ronival eXp Realty, based in Los Barriles and serving the East Cape of Baja California Sur, including Buena Vista, La Ribera, El Cardonal and surrounding communities. Having called Los Barriles home for more than two decades, I combine deep local knowledge with hands-on real estate experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the Baja market with confidence. Since 2022, I’ve had the opportunity to guide clients through nearly 50 real estate transactions representing more than $10M USD in volume, including homes, land and investment properties. Through Baja by Jesus, I enjoy helping Mexican and international clients not only understand the real estate market, but also discover the communities and lifestyle that make the East Cape such a special place to call home. Outside of real estate, I enjoy exploring Baja, photography and videography, and sharing the places and experiences that make this region unique.
